1.One-Step thermoforming Machine Line includes three parts: sheet making, product forming, and product punching. One-Step thermoforming Machine line produces products directly from pellets material. Therefore, One-Step thermoforming machine has low machinery investment and lower power consumption; What is more, each line includes all machines that client needs to produce products from raw material, and one set of customized mold is included.
2.The machine line operation is relatively simple, Two workers are enough to operate the whole machine line after basic training.
3.The machine line adapts to different raw material: calcium carbonate, talcium, Polypropylene, PLA, PBAT, starch, rice husk and other plant fiber.
4.The Application of machine line is various: bowl, plate, market tray, lunch box, food container etc.
5. There is no gas pollution, water pollution, material pollution during production process, all side-material can be reused again after smashing.
