Recommendations

Before measuring the UV lamp, be sure to take necessary protective measures, preferably wearing anti-UV glasses.
Please warm up the UV lamp for at least 5 minutes.
In order to improve the accuracy of the measurement data, the method of taking the average of multiple measurements can be used to reduce the error
Please keep the photosensitive device clean. If you need to clean it, wipe it with alcohol and cotton yarn. Do not use sharp objects to clean the photosensitive device to prevent damage to the front filter.

Operation guide

Please aim the sensor probe above the radiometer at the UV light source and press the button on the front to read the light intensity value on the LCD screen. Write down the distance between this point and the UV light source. After many long-term measurements, you can get the attenuation process of the UV light source. After the light intensity attenuates to about 70%, replace the UV light source to ensure the radiation intensity.
This product uses 3V DC power supply. Two AA batteries are included with the radiometer. If you do not use it for a long time, please take out the batteries to avoid leakage and damage to the radiometer.
