Hoister
Function:raw material such as potato powder , flour, modified starch will be pout into this hoister, then convey to V type mixer
V type mixer
Function:the water , salt ,flour will be rationed here , after mixing ,it will convey to flour mixer.
Flour Mixer
Function:all kinds of raw material will be mixed and then go to sheeting machine.
Sheeting machine
Function:the raw material after mixer will be pressing to sheet , the thickness is 0.8-1mm.the sheeting machine have cooling water system to reduce the temperture when sheeting ,or the dough will be fully cooked.
Forming machine
Function: each piece of potato chips will be formed with same shape .It include the waste recycle system , waste will be conveyed to mixer and reuse again,avoid zero waste.
Fryer
Function:Frying the potato chips. As the most important part for potato chips, it determine the potato chips tasty. Our fryer can adjust the frying temperture, time , conveying speed , auto oil recycle system, waste revoing system......
Conveyor after seasoning
Function:the potato chips will be cooling after seasoning , the waste flavors will be collected .
Arranging line
Function:Each piece potato chips will be arranged in lines for easy packing into paper boxes.
Electric Control box
Function:All electric will be come out through this control box.
