 Application:

 

This series oil filter are mainly used for filtering the crude oil pressed out by screw type oil press. Oil filter can be matched with oil press to clear the oil, also can be used to filter the waste oil, waste water and bio-diesel etc.

 

Operation:

 

 

1. While the machine is in the state of working, all the pipe clips should be tightened to pervent the oil from leaking.

 

2. Filtering clothe should be put between the filter plate,and then ightened by tension bolt to make sure no leakage exists.

 

3. Under the normal operation, the oil will come out 2 or 3 minutes after starting the machine. If no oil comes out,please stop the machine which will be used when some filtering clothes is broken or the oil looks dirty. 

 

 

4. In order to pervent the oil pump from being empty loaded, which will demage the cylinder and pump body . So ,when the filtering operation is finished , please adjust the position indicating plate to make the oil pump stopped.
