2.Are your samples free or need cost?
    Actually it depends on the products. For low value products, we will provide free samples, freight collect. But for some high value samples it need sample cost and freight collect.However,after you place an order,we can refund you the sample cost and freight cost.
3.Can you help me make my own design?
    Sure.We have a professional team,we can made OEM and ODM items for you as long as you can tell us your idea or provide pictures.
4.How long can I expect to get the sample?
    It will be ready for delivery in 7-15 days. The samples will be sent to you by express. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.
