1. Crusher raw materials into size less than 1-1.2cm.

2. Raw materials moisture more than 12% , need use dryer ( less than 12% no need).

3. Briquette extruder machine press it to get briquette.

4. Put biomass briquette into Carbonize furnace to change charcoal briquette.

How to make the coconut shell?

Coconut shell directily put into carbonization furnace is ok.
