1. The CNC system works under the PC hardware environment, using a stone sawing CNC five-axis  special CNC system. The running path of the cutting tool is controlled by five-axis  that is, three linear movement axes and two rotary axes linkage control. Realize the processing of pentahedron special-shaped curved surface in one installation;
2. The user can create or externally connect CAD numerical control exchange files on this machine, and generate machining simulation demonstrations and machining codes through system calls;
3. The machine can be stopped in the middle of processing to modify the operating parameters of the equipment and can choose to continue processing or to start processing from the beginning;
4. Product data files are stored by module and called manually;
5. The processing operation parameters can be manually adjusted without stopping, and the processing step will automatically regenerate the code;
6. High precision of processing size and shape and position, especially suitable for processing products with splicing requirements;
7. Equipped with infrared tool setter can quickly determine the suitable installation position of the workpiece;
8. It can make full use of network interconnection resources and can be controlled by remote operation, which is convenient for technicians to deal with problems online through the network; the processing range: 3200×2000×200mm. The maximum diameter of hangable saw blade is 400mm.
