The raw materials are transported by the scraper conveyor to the inside of the rotary drum dryer. The front is equipped with a hot blast stove. The generated hot gas enters the dryer through the fire separation device, and the materials are dispersed by the low- speed rotating bending plate.
In order to allow high-temperature air to flow through the material and perform heat exchange, the drum dryer has a certain angle of inclination, and there is sufficient air volume to push the material forward. Finally, the dried material is discharged from the discharge port, and the temperature generated by the heat source enters the long refractory lining chamber to keep the temperature low. Add auxiliary air to the chamber to maintain low temperature levels.
