Main features
1. The trainer includes engine assembly, flip frame, control and testing bench, etc. The engine can rotate 360 degrees during disassembly and assembly, maintaining stability at any angle, making disassembly and assembly work very easy.
2. The control and testing bench is equipped with battery, fuel tank, cooling water tank, instrument panel, starting system and other engine starting accessories.
3. After the engine assembly is completed, the students can run and start the engine, ie. start, idle, accelerate, and
decelerate.
4. The control and test bench is equipped with the original vehicle electrical control circuit, test terminals, dashboard, and
diagnostic seat. Self diagnosis functions can be achieved through a scanner, such as reading fault codes and testing data streams from ECU.
5. The flip frame is equipped with a large oil basin, which allows tools, spare parts, and oil to not contaminate the ground of the training room during engine disassembly and assembly.
