[How to make Makgeolli Rice Wine]
Step1: Add 1 pack of rice flowers and 1L~1.4L of water to the prepared container and mix well!
(The more water you add, the lower the alcohol content, and the lower water you add, the higher alcohol content - recommended amount : 1L, 7 degrees)
Step2: Wait a day and a half (36 hours) at a warm temperature of 20 to 25 degrees at room temperature with the lid lightly covered to allow air to pass through.
(It is recommended to mix 2-3 times during fermentation)
Step3: After room temperature fermentation is over, store in the refrigerator and eat cold to enjoy the refreshing and carbonated feeling.
Optional : You can filter the remained grain of the rice through the strainer provided according to your taste, or you can eat them together like sikhye or dongdongju.

620ml : 12 degrees / 780ml : 10 degrees / 1000ml : 7 degrees / 1400ml : 5 degrees
Recommended degree : 7 degrees(1,000ml)
2. What is the expiration date?
- After making makgeolli, it can be consumed from 30 to 45 days if stored in the refrigerator.
If more than a week has passed, the alcohol flavor may be felt more, so it is recommended to consume it within a week.
In the case of an unopened kit, it can be stored at room temperature for 1 year, and after opening, it is recommended to seal it and consume it as soon as possible.
