PIZZA'AZZ is a brand of IB SRL, a Marekiaro Group company whose owners have been involved in the production and marketing of food products for four generations. The industrial group produces frozen Neapolitan Pizzas, semi-finished products for the Food Service, frozen cow's milk Mozzarella, whole and pre-cut, fresh Bufala Campana D.o.p. Mozzarella, frozen Bufala Mozzarella, Arancini, Crocchè, Frittatine, Zeppoline with frozen seaweed, frozen Neapolitan sweets such as Babà, Pastiera, Graffe, Tiramisù.

In 2005, Stefano Marotta, producer and owner, creates the first line of semi industrial frozen Neapolitan Pizzerie Napoletane, producing one of the most famous Italian sandwiches with Pizza dough, the Bufalino marketed by the Autogrill chain on the Italian highways for about 100 million sandwiches.
In 2016 the franchising Pizza'Azz was born.
