No, we do not have any MOQs. However, prices will depend on your order quantity. The higher the quantity, the bigger price discount we can give. 

 

Yes, we can provide you with free samples for you to check the quality of our items. We will arrange the shipment for you and you just need to pay for the shipping fees.  

 

The products are offered within the limits of available stocks; we ensure that the majority of products are always available. In the event that a particular item has few inventory or less stocks than the required order quantity, customer can send an inquiry stating the required quantity and the urgency needed. Then, we can arrange to import the required item quantity for you. 

 

If any product has some manufacturing defects/damages or any issues, you can return the product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. Product packaging should be intact and not damaged. All you need to do is to contact us and provide some proof of the damage like pictures or videos. Once the product has been evaluated and it's eligible for return, we will issue a store credit that you can use to order a replacement item or you can use it on your next purchase. It will be valid for 6 months. Alternatively, we can process a refund to your account. Original copy of invoice will be required for submission.
