Pre-cooked Pinsa Romana ROUND 220 gr Made in Italy
The product that is currently transforming the world of pizza was born in 2001 from an idea of a baker in Rome, who thought of developing an innovative mix of flours in order to obtain a unique and different product from the traditional pizza, capable of distinguishing itself building consumer loyalty.
The secret? The exclusive mix based on wheat, rice, soy flours and sourdough creates a light, fragrant product with a unique taste of traditional bread.
Our pre-cooked Pinsa Romana bases are made entirely by hand, following a tottally artisanal process.
After a slow natural leavening process lasting 72 hours,our pinsaioli flatten each base by hand, giving it a texture and appearance that enhance its artisanal nature. After rapid pre-cooking, they are blast chilled to reserve thei flavour and freshness.
