1. Product overview

The device consists five units that are installed on the aluminum alloy guide rail type  training platform, such as

 feeding unit, manufacture unit, assembly unit, transport unit and sorting unit. Among these five units, each 

working unit can form a independent system, and meanwhile it is also a training system of mechatronics and 

relative techniques. According to training requirement or different working task can carry out different 

combination, installation and debugging, reach the goal of simulating productive function and integrated

 learning function, is fully appropriate for learning and teaching training evaluation and technical ability 

competition requirement

  The device contains each working stations, automatic production line, pneumatic system, inverter, PLC high-speed pulse and counting, servo motor, analog value, net technique, human-computer interface, configuration technique and other comprehensive training project

3. Major configuration

  3.1 Experiment table: aluminum steel structure, with idler wheel, as installation carrier for mechanical and 

electrical equipment of automatic production line, each equipment can be installed freely and flexibly.

  3.2 Feeding unit: mainly composes of vertical cylinder, top material cylinder, pushing cylinder, the material 

detection sensor components, mounting bracket platform, material detection device components, etc.

  3.3 Assembly unit: mainly contains of feeding mechanism, rotating feeding unit, manipulator assembly unit, 

discharging platform and so on..

  3.4 Manufacturing unit: mainly includes of slide material platform ,simulation punch and so on.

  3.5 Transport unit: mainly consists of servo motor and driver, Four degrees freedom manipulator, rectilinear

 motion unit, proportion of transmission mechanism, multifunctional mounting bracket, Synchronous pulley, 

synchronous belt and so on.

  3.6 Sorting unit: mainly includes of conveyor belt, three-phase motor driving unit, sorting pneumatic component, sensor detection unit, feedback and positioner, etc

  3.7 PLC(programmable logic controller)and inverter: can select one kind from Siemens, Mitsubishi and huichuan

  3.8 Touch screen: MCGS Kunlun tongtai, model: TPC7062KS
