The photovoltaic panel processing equipment extracts silicon powder, copper powder and plastic with high market value through physical crushing and sorting. There are generally three main steps for the recycling of photovoltaic modules: first, disassemble the modules by machine or manually, and remove the backplane, wires and aluminum frames; the second step is to remove the tempered glass; the third step is to disassemble the remaining components. The panels are crushed and sorted to extract metals and plastics.

Work Flow




The scrapped photovoltaic panels enter the shredder for shredding, and the shredded materials enter the special shredder for shredding; Disperse the EVA film and the monocrystalline silicon wafer. The dispersed material enters the collector through the induced draft fan, and then is sorted to obtain silicon. The remaining mixed materials enter the special crusher, and then enter the airflow sorting screen through the air closer, and collect the positive metal and plastic through the airflow and vibration, and collect the dust generated by the airflow sorting machine at the same time.
