first-stage planet wheels are connected with a first-stage inner gear arranged on the case to rotate and are uniformly distributed in the first-stage inner gear through a first-stage planet carrier, and the first-stage planet carrier is in gear meshed connection with the first-stage planet wheel axles to form first-stage speed reduction; the case is connected with the second-stage planet wheels to drive the second-stage planet wheels to rotate, and the second-stage planet wheels can rotate in a second-stage inner gear arranged in the case and in gear meshed connection with the second-stage planet wheel axles to form second-stage speed reduction.
