Blanched split is another variant of blanched peanut. The whole Peanut seed converts into two parts with the help of equipment. Blanching is one of the operations performed over raw kernels by removing outer pink or reddish skin by heating seeds for 3 minutes into the water and providing sufficient cooling temperature with the help of a refrigerator. These two steps can easily remove the outer shell of peanuts.
