A method of winding a fabric over a perforated cylindrical beam and fixing it to a stainer to circulate the dye stain outward. It is possible to obtain a fabric with less wrinkles and good elasticity and texture. Suitable for natural silk dyeing.
DTP stands for Digital Textile Printing and refers to an efficient printing method capable of producing a small quantity of various items by dramatically shortening the difficult and complex existing printing process by processing the entire process from design to printing. There are direct printing method and transfer printing method for DTP method. The direct injection method is to feed the fabric directly to the printing machine, while the sublimation transfer method prints the design (figure) on paper and transfers it to the fabric by using high temperature (press). Direct spraying has the disadvantage of requiring little pretreatment (dyeability, stability) and aftertreatment (heat treatment, washing, tentering), regardlress of no the limitation of applied fabric. The sublimation transfer method prints do not need pretreatment. It can be applied only to synthetic fiber (polyester) fabrics that do not require post-press process but can withstand high press temperatures.
Hi-Functional one side W/R & Wicking
It is a special gravure method using machine and take-up rolls of water-like non-viscous liquid (processing agent) and uniform surface treatment of only one side of the fabric in micro thin layer. The main characteristics are as follows. No-ending, No-Listing, No-migration, Concentration control, Good Reproducibility.
The Definition of High Functional one side finishing (processing) of Samwoo DTP.
One side finishing (processing) of Samwoo DTP is a special gravure system using a special device that use a non-viscous fabric processing agent such as, water and a take-up roll that freely adjusts the liquid application amount.
As a processing technology, it is possible to uniformly apply a very small amount of liquid without left, middle, and right deviation to prevent defects such as listing and ending of the fabric.
Further, not only can the processing agent be processed on one side or on both sides, but also different functional processing agents can be treated on both sides.
This is a very sophisticated textile processing technology which was unprecedented both domestically and internationally.
The existing fabric-water-repellent method is a method of squeezing out, which essentially means that the processing agent must be applied to the back of the fabric, too (including the face side).
It means that it is not possible to meet the on rising demand from apparel brands for one side finishing (processing),
One side water-repellent finishing(processing) is that the surface of the fabric is water-repellent, and the other back side is wicking.
The moisture of the human body is absorbed, spread and dried. It is a high-tech technology that gives comfort.
Samwoo DTP technology utilizes non-viscous agent and has a minimum padding amount of 10g/sqm. That is why we can achieve the sweat stain proof for even thin fabric.
