1. D47 series plate cross wedge rolling mill is placed levelly.

 

2. In the frame, two plates placed at the opposite direction levelly and drived by the Oil cylinder, gear and rack does reciprocating motion. And one direction is the working travel; another direction is the spare travel.

 

3. As shown in fig.9. Because they are placed levelly, and guide plate is not necessary. So they can roll small work piece.

 

4. Moulds are comprised by several subsections, manufactured easily, and quenched as a whole. The lifetime of the moulds is longer. But because the machine with a bigger Hydraulic station is drive by the hydraulic system, and placed separate with the host, so it covers a larger area.

 

5. And adjusting the space between the two plates and modifying the moulds is difficult.
