y3150e hydraulic gear hobbing machine has following features:

1. it is capable of cutting spur and helical gears, worm wheels, sprockets and short spline shafte in one-off, small-scale and a large-scale production.

2. The machine features reasonable construction, high rigidity, high working accuracy, easy operation, and simple setup.

3. It can work in the conventional or climb method. It is equipped with an automatic shut-down device, safety-securing mechanisms and an automatic lubricating system. The machine can be furnished with imported hydraulic components or tangential hob head for cutting worm wheel in tangential feed mode on customer’s request.

4. Machining accuracy: class 7.
