  Rubber Fining Mixer/Rubber Mixing Mill

1.construction

This machine consists of Base,Rack,Gland,Rollers,Bearing,Transmission device,Lubrication device,Decelerator,Adjustment device of the roller temperature,Emergency shutdown device and brake rigging and etc.

 

2.uses

  

Open Mill: Special alloy steel made rollers with hard and abrasion assistant surface never

 

delaminate. Motor reducer with hard tooth surface single axial output transmission mechanism

 

ensures large torsion and low noise. Human-orientated design for safe purpose protects the

 

operator in emergency case by emergency stop and reversing device.

 

 

          This machine is suitable for factory lab, colleges, R & D institutions for recipe researching and

 

sampling. Our equipments are widely used in mixing, plasticizing and sheeting of Rubber, Plastic

 

and Chemical materials.

 

3.Features

 

 1. Chilled alloy cast iron roll is abrasion resistant with long service life.

 

 2. There are two kinds of Nip adjustment mode for option:manual or electric.

 
3. There are three kinds of Main bearings for option:Bearing or Copper bush or Nylon bush.

  
4. Machine will be tripped off if overloaded to protect valuable electrical circuit.

 
5. All electrical connections are well,short circuits is impossible by any means. 

 

6. There are many speeds and speed ratios available, which can satisfy most customers’ formula and processing requirements.
