Kaishan Air end for compressor

Kaishan Group's screw machine head has a larger rotor to allow larger bearings. Lower rotor speed can reduce power by 30% -50%, thereby reducing power consumption, noise and maintenance costs. The SKK series rotors of our screw machine heads are produced by Y-shaped profiles invented by Dr. Yan Tang.

Dr. Tang is one of the few top screw compressor experts in the world. He is a vice president and chief engineer of Quincy
Compressor in the United States, and an outstanding expert under China's "Global Expert Recruitment Program." The T, α and Y line models he invented have been used in about 15% of screw compressors worldwide. With the support of the famous screw compressor company Houghton, he obtained a doctorate and was subsequently appointed as a researcher. Dr. Tang is currently a senior engineer of Carrier Air Conditioning under the United Technology Group. The T-type three-rotor refrigerant compressor developed by him still maintains the highest efficiency in the world.
