1) Are you a factory or a trading company?
A: We are direct factory and our production line covers all standards and Brass, Copper & Aluminum products or as per your requirement.
2) How long can I get some products samples for checking and how much is it? A: For the samples which available in stock, we can send it to you for free immediately. If make new samples as per your specification, it takes around 7 working days. The price of made to print samples will depends on the requirement of material,surface treatment, dimension, etc. Samples cost will be refunded when order quantity reaches to a certain amount.
3) How is the warranty of the products quality control? A: We hold the tight end quality controlling from very beginning to the end and aim at 99.99% error free.
4) What's the delivery time? A: We usually ship by DHL, FedEx and TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea are shipping both available.For products in stock, we can ship it within 7 days after receiving your payment. For custom order, within 24 tons, production time is 20-35 days after confirmed every details.
5) Do you have any MOQ limit for products order? A: The MOQ for each product category is negotiated individually for samples checking is available.
6) How to proceed an order for products? A: We manufacture product as per product drawing and custom size, Secondly We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.Thirdly customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order. Fourthly We arrange the production.
7) Company logo print on a product is available? A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
8) How to deal with the faulty product? A: Our products are produced in strict quality control system .Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new product with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
