1. Can I purchase one as a sample first?
A: Of course, we can provide you with a product at the wholesale price before you wholesale to check the quality, and it will be delivered by air freight in 5 days.
2. Do you have a minimum order requirement?
A: Yes, the MOQ is different for different models and different situation. The minimum order quantity for custom-made products is 12 pieces. If there is no customized, like ODM, the minimum order quantity is 2 pieces.
3. The deal process of customizing a guitar?
A: We will produce your guitar after you complete the prepayment, you only need to pay the half of the total amount (50-50). The customized guitar will send after the final payment complete.
4. What is the delivery time (production cycle)?
A: It depends on the item and quantity of your order and the season of order. For sample orders, if we have it in stock, it may be ready within 7-14 days.
5. Can you customize some, like famous brand logo?
A: Unfortunately, Amuky Musical Instruments Company is an OEM factory and brand supplier. Please forgive us for not being able to make a famous brand logo for you without permission. We very much hope that we can build their own guitar brands for my every customers, rather than imitations. :)
