Description
Distinguished by their classic bright purple colour, as soon as they arrive in the large halls of the local production plant, the aubergines are cut manually by the delicate hands of our workers; which allows to keep intact the raw material: a knife is the only tool used in order to maintain compactness and firmness avoiding the typical crumbling that comes with cooking.
Fibrous and tasty, the fresh processing and the cooking on the grill enhance their taste.
Directions for use
Ready to open and enjoy on their own or in combination with other specialties from the Azienda Agricola Barbuscia, or as a seasoning for delicious recipes. It is ideally suited as a seasoning for first courses, as a side dish for main courses or to complete and enrich imaginative appetizers.
Good for dinner, appetizers or side dishes, we season them with a little garlic and a lot of passion to give them warmth and respect our traditions. Try it on bread and crackers for a savoury snack.
