Introduction
High voltage battery system is very important for the performance optimization of hybrid and pure electric vehicles. The high voltage electrical Center (BDU) of battery pack can distribute the energy of high voltage circuit safely and solve the problem of power management.The high voltage electrical center of the battery pack integrates electrical and electronic components such as high voltage contactor, precharging resistor, high voltage fuse and current transducer to meet the safety and reliability requirements of high voltage input and output control of the battery, and realizes modularization and integration in a compact space structure.

Characteristic description:
High reliability. This product provides protection for precharging circuits, monitors current and voltage, and provides matching contactors and transducer equipment for battery packs; high and low voltage wiring harnesses are separated to avoid the risk of failure.

Function Description:
The circuit of BDU includes general positive contactor, general negative contactor, quick charging contactor, heating contactor, precharging contactor, precharging resistor, current transducer and fuse. The battery management unit (BMS) realizes the on-off of different circuits by controlling the circuit contactor, and reads the measured value of the current transducer.
