Q: 1.Where is your factory located ?
A: Our factory in Foshan city and 40 minutes from Guangzhou South Station , welcome to visit our factory before cooperate with us.
Q: 2.Do you provide OEM Service?
A: Yes, we offer OEM Service. We could produce your goods with your own logo or brand name. Logo and design need to be provided. We also could do color matching as per your samples.
Q: 3.What fire-rated level can you do ?
A: We can provide A2 and B1 fire-proof aluminum composite panel.
Q: 4. Do you have any certifications?
A: Yes. We put our product quality in the first place. Our factory has passed ISO9001: 2000 / RoHs/ Reach/ SGS A2 FR certification.
Q: 5. Can I get some samples? How long does it take to arrive?
(1). Please advise the products and surface finish that you are interested in. We will prepare samples normally in 8*16cm.
(2). Sample will be free of charge.
(3). Sample will be provided normally in 2~3 working days.
(4). Freight cost depends on weight and package size.
(5). We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.
Q: 6. Can we have our own logo or company name on the products or package?
A: --Sure. Your logo can be putted on our products by sticker. And if the cartons printing needed to be customized, please send us the artwork and detailed requirements by email or TM.
