Q: Do you have any stock?

A: Sorry, we are OEM order factory, we usually making to fresh order, but may have some excess or cancelled quantity. Please email us the details to check.

Q: Can I get a sample, how long it takes?

A: Yes, standard samples are free and need about 1-3 days. Customized samples need to charge sample fee, need about 1 week time. We will return back upon the first order.

Q: OEM or ODM?

A: We could provide both OEM and ODM service, we have our designers and research team.

Q: Payment term, lead time, MOQ, method of transport, port?

A: Payment term: Bank T/T, L/C, West Union, Paypal

    Lead time: 30-60 days after payment
