1. Q: which kind of product do you supply?
A: we mainly supply the moulded glass bottle/jar and high borosilicate glass bottle.
2. Q: How could I get the sample?
A: If we have the existing sample, the customer just need to pay the air freight, the sample is free;
If the customer want the sample by newly-made mould, generally the customer need to pay the
sample-making fee.
We could refund the cost paid by customer partly or totally if the customer place an order finally.
3. Q: Do you have any certificate for products?
A: The certificate generally we apply for the certification service according
to the customers’ specific requirement in case of need.
4. Q: Do you accept OEM or OEM service
A: OEM and/or ODM service is accepted by us.
