1 We will dicuss the shipping detalis with customers and choose the best option. Then help them shipping.

2 We also accept the pick-ups from our company by the carrier who cooperated with our customers and got the authorization from our customers.

3 Generally, for large qty of products, we will use FOB. If you have yourself shipping agent, we can offer EXW.

4 For small qty or sample of products, sent by courier, such as UPS, DHL and FEDEX etc......Arrive place of receipt in 3-8 days.

Yes, we glad to accept sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are avaliable.

Sample needs 3-5 days. Mass products needs 1-2 weeks for order or more.

1 unit for sample checking avaliable.

4.  I do not like the color and the decorative pattern of product, can you change in to my design?

Yes. We accept sample customization. We can change the color and logo as you need.  

5.How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FEDEX or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.

Thirdly you comfirms the samples and places deposit for formal order.

Secondly, during the guarantee period, for small quantity we will send new goods with new order.  

for defective batch, we will repair them and resend to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
