Product Description
Y81 series hydraulic metal balers press the leftover of all kinds of metal material ( steel shavings,scrap steel, scrap aluminum, scrap copper, scrap stainless steel) to be qualified furnace in the shape of cuboids, octagon, cylinder and so on, which not only decreases the freight and smelting costs, but also increases the speed of casting. This machine is mainly applicable to steel mills, recycling industries and ferrous metallurgical works.
Features:
1. All machines are hydraulic-driven with alternatives of manual or automatic control.
2. Baler-discharging alternatives: turn out, push out, forward or manual discharging. customized.
3. No fang bolts needed for installation, diesel engine can be used as power when electric power is unavailable(optional).
4. There are ten grades of baling force from 63 to 630Tons.
5. The size of the baler can be customized as per customers.

For free sample cutting/testing, please send us your CAD file, we will do cutting here and make video to show you the cutting ,or send sample to you check cutting quality.
2. Customized machine design
According to customer’s application, we may revise our machine accordingly for customer’s convenience and high production efficiency.
Service after sales
A. Machine will be supplied with training video and user's manual in English for installation, operation, maintenance and trouble-shooting, and shall give technical guide by e-mail, fax, telephone, skype…. for fast solution.
B. Customer may come to our factory for training. We will offer training of installation, operation, machine trouble-shooting, and maintenance.
C. We offer technician to customer site for installation and training, customer covers travel cost and local living cost.
