Food Machine Deck Oven
Qualibake deck oven, after taken numerous useful advices from consumers, we determined to develop on the principle of "practical, durability, high efficiency, safety and energy- saving", and nowadays it has some notable functions. For safety, we have fitted with double solenoid valves, combined with high energy low voltage AC igintion system with gas-leakage protection. For energy saving, we have developed distinctive gas mixing chamber to ensure the gas are fully mixed up with the air and burn up competely. Qualified ceramic fiber insulation material deliver an exceptional heat retention. To ensure the practical and durablity, the luxurious type deck ovens are adopted with layer separated design, double heat insulation design of the sliding door, heat insulation strengthen design of the electric box, full stainless steel cases and foof grade imported aluminum steel chamber. For easy to use, we have designed a special chamber structure with thicken bottom plate and intelligent temperature control panel, to make sure every time you use with accurate temperature and even color.
