Machine Function:This automatic mattress tape edge machine is maninly used for taping edge of mattress panel and soft cushion.

Machine Features:

(1) Equipped with advanced Chain stitch sewing head, sewing head is fixed, can automatically lift the mattress and turn to another side.

(2) Can automatically adjust the head angle.

(3) When this automatic mattress machine working, the conveying belt drives the mattress to proceed. When one side is finished, it can turn 90° automatically to start taping the next side.

(4) The taping of the corner is finished while turning. When the top four sides are completed, the machine can turn the mattress over for taping the other four sides.

(5) Only one operator can handle and the operator no to move around or overturn the mattress manually. Thus higher efficiency and less labor are realized.
