Wood chipper is mainly used to crush  wood logs or wood timber,plywood,wood branches,furniture waste into small chips,the thickness of  chips is 3mm-5mm,length and width is about 15-35mm.By adjusting knives gap,outlet chips dimension will be adjusted.

Raw Meterials and finished products

The main raw material is square blocks, round logs,wood staff, and it can also be used to cut the wooden material such as reed, bamboo, sugar cane, etc. The final size can be according to customers' request.

 

Features of disc chipper
1.It can be used for cutting smaller wood lods,wood pieces,branches,twigs and planks,etc with diameter less than 200mm.The Diameter of final wood chips at range 25-35mm.

2.Compact structure, reasonable layout, easy installation, convenient operation and maintenance.The cutter disc adopts wear-resisting chromium plated, greatly prolong the service life.

3.High capacity, and the length of the wood chips can be freely adjusted within the specified range.

4.The drive cam be elecreic motor,diesel engine or gasoline engine at customers' option. Also it can install movable wheels and no limitation of working site.
