Description of our wool processing line: 

It includes wool washing machine, wool dewatering machine, and wool drying machine.
This whole production line can be used to wash cotton, chemical fiber, farbic, cloth and so on, which is bets suitable for hotel, school or wool factory ect.
The wool is directly put into the washing machine and then added with a cleaning agent for cleaning. The washed wool is put into a dehydrator for dehydration, and finally placed directly into the dryer for drying the wool.The key part of these machine adopt stainless steel.Machine has difference capacity,you can choose suitable machine.Or we can recommend suitable machine for you.

 Specification of our wool processing line:

1.Wool washing machine:30 minutes/time

This wool washing machine made of stainless steel, the material is wearable and easy to clean. Open the door and put the dirty wool into it, add wool cleaner, shut the door, the water will into the machine automatically, select the washing time(usually 30minutes),the machine will wash the wool efficiently.

2.Wool dewatering machine:10 minutes/time

 3.Wool drying machine:30 minutes/time(electrical heating or gas heating)
The wool after dewatering, put them into the drying machine, drying about 30 minutes, the wool come out of the machine will be dry wool, can be packed into bags.

1.The whole line need the 3phase industrial voltage.
2.Wool washing machine wash one batch wool need 40minutes.
3.Wool dewatering machine process one batch need 10 minutes.
4.The wool drying machine: it has electric drying type and steam drying type. Drying time is different according to customer requirements.
5.Dewatering machine can remove the 80% water of the wet wool, which is better for the wool drying machine working.
6.The user need to add wool washing detergent into the washing machine to assist the machine work.
