4:Our system includes multilingual versions,Before you make the order, you could test your software if compatible with our hardware, you could send your software to us and  you could used Teamviewer toremotely operate our PC. 

5:Are you buy for personal use, retail or wholesale?

If you regularly buy POS products, In order to better serve your customers and also save cost for you.We suggest you could buy extral 2-3 units as reserves for unexpected needs.

6:What about minimum order quantity?

We have no limit for MOQ, so you can even buy only 1 piece.   

7,Are you factory, can you do OEM/ODM?

Yes, we are factory, we produce touch monitors, all in one pc, and we can customize as your requirements.

8:How do I know that you have sent the products out?

Once the products are sent out, a tracking number will be provided so that you can  check where your goods at all times.

9:What kind of inspection you can provide ?

Each POS machine will ageing test 48 hours ,to guarantee all POS machine are in the perfect condition before shipment .we also accept the inspection by the third part you  appointed.
