Q1,What’s your minimum order quantity(MOQ)?

 A: Usually our MOQ is 1,000pcs,if has stock accessories,1 pc is also okay.So don’t hesitate to check with us when you find some interested items from our website.

Q2.Can I place a sample order to check quality?

 A: Yes,welcome customer check our sample at first.

Q3,How many items can be mixed in 1x 20” full container?

 A:Around 15-20 items is available.

Q4,How about your lead time?

A:Usually need 30-35 days after confirming the order,but not including CNY holiday,It is most important festival in China,exact lead time should be double check.

Q5,Can you supply OEM artwork design for free?

A:Yes,we can.Beside,OEM product design is also workable.

Q6,Is it okay to have our own Logo on the product?

 A:Yes,it is easy to add your Logo on the product,before mass production will confirm location and size with you again.

Q7,Will you make the inspection before shipment?       

A: Firstly, our factory has strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.

    Secondly,Before packing into outer carton,we will proceed second time inspection.

    Thirdly,QC team will check product with full package according to AQL II standard.

    Fourthly,We’d like to support customer’s own inspection in our factory or warehouse before shipment.
