【Usage】
1. Whole test method
（1）Choose a representative vegetable sample, wipe off the surface soil, cut into pieces about 1cm square, take 5g into the bottle with lid, add 10ml distilled water, shake 50 times, let stand for more than 2min.
（2）Take a quick rapid card, fold it along the middle line, place it in the detection tank of the portable pesticide residue detector heated to the specified temperature, and take 3 drops of the sample liquid in the white tablet and place it in the thermostat at 370C (detector 40 0C) for 10 min. The surface of the pre-reacted tablet must be kept moist. Then close the lid and keep it at a constant temperature for 3 minutes to react the red tablets with the white tablets.
（3）A blank control card for distilled water should be provided for each batch of measurements.
2．Surface test method
（1）Choose a representative vegetable sample, wipe off the soil surface of the vegetable, drop 2 drops - 3 drops of distilled water on the surface of the vegetable, and gently rub the other vegetable at the drip.
（2）Take a rapid test card, drop the drops on the vegetables on the white tablets, and place them in a thermostat at 37 0C (detector 40 0C) for 10 min. The surface of the pre-reacted tablet must be kept moist. Then close the lid and keep it at a constant temperature for 3 minutes to react the red tablets with the white tablets.
（3）A blank control card for distilled water should be provided for each batch of measurements.
【Result Judgment】
White tablets did not change color or slightly light blue were positive results compared to blank control cards. The white tablets turned to sky blue or the same as the blank control card, which was a negative result.
For samples with positive results, other analytical methods can be used to further determine the specific pesticide variety and content.
【Warning Notes】
（1）Onions, garlic, radish, leeks, celery, coriander, medlar, mushroom and tomato juice contain plant secondary biomass that has an effect on the enzyme and is prone to false positives. When processing such samples, whole plant (body) vegetable extraction or surface measurement may be employed. For some vegetables with higher chlorophyll, the whole plant (body) vegetable extraction method can also be adopted to reduce the interference of pigment.
（2）When the temperature condition is lower than 37 0C, the speed of the enzyme reaction will slow down. The time for placing the reaction after the tablet is added should be relatively extended. The extension time should be determined by using a blank control card with a finger (body temperature) for 3 minutes. , you can go down. Note that the sample placement time should be comparable to the time the blank control card is placed. The reason why the blank control card does not change color is as follows: First, the surface of the tablet is less distilled water, the surface of the pre-reacted tablet is not wet enough, and the temperature is too low.
（3）The time for the red pill to overlap with the white pill is 3 min. The blue color will gradually deepen after 3 min, and the color will gradually fade after 24 h.
