Product Introduction:
No. 120 non-standard solvent oil is obtained by catalytic reforming of raffinate oil with straight fraction of petroleum. The product has narrow distillation range, fast and uniform evaporation speed, and no residue after evaporation; it has good solubility to natural rubber; small bromine value, low olefin content, good chemical stability, and is not easy to deteriorate; low sulfur content and mercaptan content, no active sulfide, and no corrosiveness to metal; it is colorless, transparent, free of mechanical impurities and water, and has high cleanliness.
Product Application
It can be used as a solvent in rubber industry as a diluent for some special quick drying paints.
It is used as cleaning solvent for precision instruments.
Product Consideration
Solvent oil shall be packed in 200 litre galvanized steel drum.
Solvent oil shall not be stored upright in the open air to prevent water and sundries from invading and polluting. Indoor storage can be placed vertically with the barrel facing up for easy extraction.
Tighten the sealing cover to keep the oil drum sealed.
Keep the ground clean so that oil leakage can be found in time.
Combustible materials shall not be placed around.
It is strictly prohibited to smoke and fire, and it is not allowed to bring the kindling near the oil barrel.
The inflammable special oil or chemical solvent shall be separated and stored, and the inflammable product mark shall be placed.
