Such as purification of Lead smelting melts, copper removal solventing out from Lead refining solution, refining of slag in the alkaline refining process, preparation of Lead based alloys and removal of oxides from Lead based intermediate alloy products, which can completely remover metals. 

Main principle: 

• It can change the surface and interface tension between the molten metal and slag, reduce the binding force between the melt and slag, effectively separate the metal and slag, and improve the utilization rate of metal.


• The bubbles can escape and play a certain role in stirring the molten metal when the Lead slag remover is adding into the molten metal. Further, the slag entrained and absorbed in the molten metal can be fully turned and pulled to the surface of the metal liquid, which is better to remove slag completely and ensure the melt is clean.


• The slag remover has the ability of adsorption and dissolution to the slag body, which can fully purify the metal melt and reduce the metal pollution caused by the slag.

• Its packed in a 20 kg PVC bag


• Shall be stored in a ventilated and dry place, which can be stacked to prevent rain.
