1. Q: Can I get some samples?

A: We can offer samples and we do recommend to order a sample before bulk order.

2. Q: What’s the delivery time?

A: It usually takes about 25-50 working days.But the exact delivery time might be different for different orders or at different time. Once we confirmed all detail of order, we'll put all source into it.

3. Q: Can I mix different models in one container?

A: Yes, different models can be mixed in one container.

4. Q: Should we pay the high taxes?

A: We have special ways to delivery the bikes to different counrties, not always included all the tax fee, so, we need to check when you place the order. We can make a low-value invoice to help you do customs clearance to avoid the high tax.

5. Q: What's your payment terms

A: We usually choose T/T & alibaba assurance order as the main payment terms, other payment can also be negotiated.

6. Q: Do you test all your goods before delivery?

A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery.

7. Q: Can you put our Logo or brand on the bikes?

A: Yes, we can, need to surcharge.
