FOOD GRADE PVC CONVEYOR BELT

Uni belts with PVC, Most of them are white and coloured, have rigid weft, although they are also available in blue and natural colours, and some have flexible weft. Belts are used in following markets: Bakery, confectionary, Meat and Poultry Fish, Fruit and Vegetables, Dairy, Agricultural etc.

Non toxic and resistant to animal and vegetal oils and greases, high tensile strength, impregnated bottom side, easy to clean,
high and low temperatures, good release characteristics.

Bottom Guides Available

Trapezoidal tracking guides of PVC, PU For good results, the grooves in the pulleys, rollers and slider beds must be larger than
the tracking guide.

PVC and PU notched trapezoidal tracking guides.Uniform notches increase flexibility and reduces minimum pulley diameter by 10%.

Guides available:6x4mm,8x5mm,13x8mm,17x11mm etc,all can be smooth or notched.

Installation Instructions

Before installation it is recommended to clean the conveyor.
Replacing the old belts allow the maintenance of the other conveyor components.
- Clean the shafts and the belt supports.
- Check the position of drums and shafts. If it is necessary align them.
- Install tension devices to the minimum position.
- Check the drive drum cover or replace it.
Install the belt on the conveyor. Please note: on the belt should not be any folds and creases.
Tighten the belt so that there is no slippage of the drive drum with a full load and before work start.
