Generally, our payment term is FOB or EXW. If you want to do CIF or CFR, we can quote for you.
(7) What are your warranty terms?
12 months
(8) Can I order a sample from you?
Double price for a sample but the extra costs will be offset after bulk order
(9) Can I use my own fabric or other materials?
Yes, please send the materials to our factory before the production. However, we are not responsible for the international delivery cost or any tax.
(10) How can I make a change or cancel my order?
Making a change to your order is only allowed before production, Once your order has been produced, the order cannot be canceled or returned. If you require a small change, you will be charged extra according to the situation.
(11) How can I be certain the product is correct and up to standard?
We’ll cross check the details or make a sample before bulk production.
(12) How does your factory do regarding quality control?
We have our quality control guys to check during production. We’ll double check before delivery.
(13) What happens if my products are damaged?
If products are damaged during transportation, it is the responsibility of the shipping company. Serenity Made will help to address the situation with the shipping company but will not take responsibility for damage incurred. If the damages were incurred after arrival, the responsibility will be fully with the customer.
(14) Can I return my order if I am not happy with the final products?
Upon approving the final product the only opportunity for buyers to recieve any consideration of refund or replacement requires proof of flaws in manufacturing.
(15) Can I get extra assembly accessories ( such as screw ect.)?
Yes, all our products come with the required accessories to fully assemble them. However, if you require additional parts, we can send them at a small cost. Please note that many of our products are one-piece and do not require assembly.
