Main functions of thread rolling machine:
Main functions of thread rolling machine make products happen plastic deformation by pressing of two dynamic and statics screw plates, and form the thread needed, it can accurately grinding various standard thread tooth of national standard,ISO,DIN, JIS, ANSI, BS,GB,etc., the machine has the advantages of rapid speed and good stability, the minute capacity can be up to about 300pcs, it is advanced thread machine with higher speed in the current market, which is suitable for mass production in the large scope thread factory. It can also design, coil abnormal screw and abnormal hardware and metal products especially according to the customers’ requirements.
1.Apply and features:
(1) Newest style,perfect design.High speed and stability fitting your goal of efficiency.Made from high quality material, undergoing high abrasion-resistance and low deformation heat treatment process, the machine is endurable with long time preciseness.
(2) Our machines adopt the automatic feeding system with vibrator mode.
(3) The materials transportation bridges are made under 40Cr hign frequency quenching condition,so the mateirals could go smoothly and the bridges are abrasion resistant.
(4) The slider of our machines are made of tin bronze alloys imported from Japan,and the sideboard are made of high abrasion-resistant spring steel from Taiwan,so it can be high abrasion-resistant,without any drag force,not generating any heat.
(5) The bearing of our machines are imported from Japan's NSK,and springs are imported from Japan's Daido,the lubrication equipments are imported from Taiwan.
(6) The interface of all parts are scraped as per the traditional handwork technology,the space between each position are less than 0.02mm.
(7) Our machines are designed for precise machining of all types of screw thread conforming to the Metric System, Japanese System, American System, etc.
