A: Generally, we need to charge the sample cost while customer pay the shipping cost. But we will refund the sample cost when placing mass orders.

A: Depending on different products, it may take 3-7 days. 

Q4. What's your payment terms?

A: 1) For samples, T/T 100% as deposit, you can pay via Alibaba Trade Assurance for payment protection.
    2) For bulk orders, T/T 30% as deposit and T/T 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of your products and packages before you pay the balance.

Q5: What format of the file do i have to offer if i want my own design?

A: We have our own designer. So you can provide JPG, AI or PDF, etc. We will draw artwork for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation based on technique.
