As the sand blasting machine works, for the abrasive’s impact and cutting action on the surface, the surface of the workpiece gets some different cleanliness and roughness, and the mechanical properties of the workpiece surface is improved, thereby it improves the fatigue resistance of the workpiece, increases the adhesion between the workpiece and coating, extends the durability of the coating, and also does well in leveling and decoration of coatings, which assists in removing the impurities, motley and oxide layer of the surface, at the same time roughening the media surface, and eliminating the residual stress of workpiece as well as improving the surface hardness.
