Direction for use
1. Plastic shredder single shaft, large feed opening, can be put into large plastic or rubber products freely.
2. Specially designed rotary cutting blade with high efficiency and capacity.
3. The single axis of the plastic shredder is controlled by the PLC system; the blade can be rotated in the opposite direction. If an accident occurs, the blade will automatically close; it has a high security service.
4. Plastic shredder runs slowly on a single shaft with low noise and low dust.
5. The blade material is made of special alloy steel with long service life.
6. All mechanical and electrical equipment are protected in accordance with European CE standards.
7. The hydraulic system automatically pushes the material to the shredded rotor during work. Higher efficiency enables high capacity. According to the type of material, the pushing speed can be adjusted to avoid overload.
8. Cooler system (optional) can keep the temperature running continuously.
Description of application effect
The whole shredder process can realize automation. At the same time of the brokenness, the operator can control remotely, it has no damage to operator. This unit's feeding motor adopts frequency control, and the pipe less than 6 meters in length can feed and break automatically.
The blades adopt high quality alloy steel, can bear greater impact, and the interval between rotary and fixed blade can adjust, and can grind several times after blunt.
There is a feeding inlet on the top of fine crusher, and some fine side material can feed into crusher directly from the feeding inlet.
This unit has high efficiency, low consumption, compact appearance; and broken material is smooth, no dust, and can be used directly without pelletizing again; storage silo is equipped magnetic device, to prevent metal thing falling into the broken material. This unit has high automatic degree and low invest cost.
