Usage&Maintenance:

1.To ensure the goggles fit woll adjustment of the head strap and replacing nose-bridge will be necessary.The head strap is used to hold the goggles in place ,tighter is not necessary better as this may cause discomfort and making around eyes.Correct adjustment can be obtained by tensioning the band until comfortable fit is achieved.Fitting of proper nose-bridge is essential for both comfort and watertight seal.

2.Fitting goggles:

Pull the strap with both hands, Then put on goggles firmly from the back of your head by holding the frame.

Hold the left and right firmly and slowly replace them over the eyes.Insect one finger between the stap and your head.Move it once round of your head to check the strap is not twisted.

3.Clear or adjust goggles to take a firm grip on eyes cup and tilt lower edge of eyes cup away from face.

4.Remove goggles

Put thumbs under head strap at side of head, Slide thumbs to back of head and lift elastic from back to front head.
