1. When you order, we confirm the printing design, documents and the information of forwarder.
2. When the first bulk goods was finished, we will send you the photos of it to you to confirm.
3. We will re-confirm the cartons size, weight and the container quantity.
4. Ten days before the shipment inform customer the delivery time. (We could provide the self-inspection report, also the third
party inspection is also available )
5. When the goods shipment, we will send the shipping advice to you at our first time.
6. After the ship sails, we will make all the documents for you to handle customs clearance, and then confirm with you by e-mail.
7. Before the ship arrived at the destination, we will inform you in advance by 7 days.
8. After you received our goods, we will send you the Client Service Table, if any suggestions or problems, please feel free to
tell us.
(A special gift will be sent to you after we received your feedback table)

Answer: 30~40 days for 1x40HQ; 20~30days for 1*20feet.
Question 2: What is the payment term you hope?
Answer: T/T 30% deposit & 70% against copy BL or LC at sight.
Question 3: How to avoid insect quality?
Answer: Our products after high temperature, fumigation and disinfection, less 12% moisture content. Storage time 2 years is not
moldy.
Question 4: how to control the quality well?
Answer: control the raw material one by one step.
- check raw material sample before mass production
- quality checking during 20% mass production
- quality checking during 80% mass production
- quality checking before sending raw material to producing department.
- Dry material 5~12 hours, QC check the products by professional Moisture instrument.
- Polishing to smooth with approx 3~8 hours.
- Pack the goods with accurate quantity with counting machine.
