3 . Q : Could you engrave my logo in products ?
A : For mass productions order , designated logo can be engraved on products . But for stockorder , 925 is engraved and packing is normal with OPP bags
4 . Q : How mach do you charge for a new mould ?
A : Mould charge is about 22 USD to 45 USD depend on the design , excluding the freight to yourcountry . However , it will be refunded when your order for mass production is more than 200PCSper a new mould
5 . Q : Why your price are a little higher than other ?
A : To be honest , here is the Factory price . As you know , silver material is expensive . We neveruse copper to replace silver like some other factories . Our product is pass the 925 silver test .
6 . Q : How about the plating ?
A : We could plate Rhodium , gold , rose gold , silver , white , etc . Any other you want , it's also OK
7 . Q : What guarantee do you offer are quality problem ?
A : There is not any feedback for our products quality quality problem . If it happens in the futureduring our cooperation , please give us reference of quality-problem products under the inspectionsof video , within 1-3 days after you receive the goods . Once confirmed , it will be replaced by a newone , or be refunded after the problem product gets back to us , or be remade in the next order .
